We confirm every partner is a registered business entity in good standing with their state’s business registry. We check entity status, formation date, and registered agent. No unregistered operators make it onto our platform.

We verify contractor licenses and trade certifications against state regulatory databases. If a trade requires a license, we confirm it is active, in good standing, and free of disciplinary actions before a partner is approved.

We review every partner’s public reviews and complaint records across the platforms customers actually use — Google, Yelp, the Better Business Bureau, and others — not just their star rating, but the substance of their reviews and any filed disputes. We look for patterns: consistency of service, responsiveness, how they handle problems when they arise, and whether complaints were resolved. Partners with a track record of unresolved disputes or repeated customer grievances do not make the cut.

We cross-reference every detail a partner provides against public records. Business name, address, years of experience, claimed credentials — if something does not line up, they do not get approved. No exceptions.

Verification is not a one-time event. We periodically re-check licenses and credentials against state databases, monitor review trends, and hold partners to our standards for as long as they are on the platform.
